Do I have the same trainer?

Yes, We find that clients get the best results when rapport is developed.
We also give you the option to change trainers if you like but we’ve never had this occur

Can I train with a friend?

Of course! We offer 2-1 & 3-1 program options. These are offered at a discounted per person rate. Many of our clients will bring friends on board after they see the amazing results

Are my workouts tailored?

Absolutely! Every workout is totally unique and supported by proven techniques. Whatever your starting point is, you’ll find our style of training very manageable.

What if I have a specific injury or illness?

Not a problem! We have an on-site Exercise Physiologist who oversees all of the training programs.

Do you give nutritional support?

Sure! We’ve had qualified Dieticians develop meal plan variations suited for our clients goals. Our Personal Trainers are also high educated in being able to guide you in the right direction.

How long are your personal training sessions?

We provide 30 minute workouts. The efficiency and style of the training sessions is designed for optimal results. Our client results showcase the benefits of this. We also provide tailored and easy to follow warm-ups and cool downs. Most clients are in and out the door within 45-50 mins.

Is WellFit a gym or Personal Training Studio?

We are a private personal training studio. Every new client is matched with a trainer that suits your needs. We strive to keep the environment fun, friendly and welcoming. It’s important to us to stay client focused and not be over-crowded.

If I am working out, can I eat what I want?

No! We will never put you on a fad diet. However there are recommended guidelines that you should be following in order to get your ideal body. These will be easily maintained as a lifestyle, not a short-term fix.

I haven’t been doing any exercise. Will I be able to handle your programs?

All of our programs are suited to any level of fitness and can even be customised, especially if you have had injuries in the past. Remember, this is not a fad diet or gimmick exercise program. It does take commitment on your part and it does take a little bit of effort to get the results you desire.

If these workouts are so good, why isn’t everybody doing them?

Unfortunately, these days there is so much contradictory information that makes it hard for everyone to see what is right and what is wrong. There is also a flood of inexperienced trainers out there who, truthfully, cannot even generate results for themselves. Our workouts and programs have been years in the making and now you will get to reap the benefits.

What if I get started on one of your personal training programs and feel that it’s not for me?
