Rev up your metabolism with this low impact, high intensity cardio session. Great for anyone wants  to have the heart rate up and likes a high energy vibe.

Lower body domination with focus on glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. This class also incorporates plenty of step-up activities that will have you heart rate up too!

In this class the core is challenged in every exercise and the core is more than your abs! The core includes pelvis, abs, back and chest muscles. It is the core that improves your body stability, balance and flexibility.

Low impact fun with crazy amounts of movement! Great for those who love variety.

The programmed strength class follows the same structure for a 6 week block, only changing the set and reps slightly within each block. This class is a great way to put a focus on improving technique while also allowing clients to easily track their strength improvements.

The Perfect way to optimise your training for those short on time! This class kicks off with a great strength workout to help strengthen and tone your muscles, followed by high intensity cardio training to help improve your fitness. Everything you are looking for in one session!
